The National Student Survey (NSS) 2021 is open now to final-year undergraduates. The NSS is an important way to let us know what you think about your time at Sussex – what has gone well and what could be improved. 

Managed by the Office for Students (OfS), the independent regulator of higher education in England, and run by polling company Ipsos MORI, the NSS is used to assess the quality of your degree as a whole. If you decide to take part, you should think back over all years of your course when responding. 

Why take part? 

Your opinions are really important. NSS results are taken very seriously by your tutors, the University and the OfS. Results are made publicly available by the OfS to help prospective students, their families and advisors make informed choices about where and what to study. 

Plus, complete the NSS online by 28 February and you can opt in to a prize draw for £750 cash. The winner will be randomly picked by Ipsos MORI after the closing date.

How to complete the survey 

Eligible students can fill in the NSS online at www.thestudentsurvey.com at any time up to 30 April 2021. 

Ipsos MORI will contact students by email with an invitation to complete the survey.
