Pattern and image recognition have fascinating industrial/financial applications.

We used pattern recognition tools to find distribution rules for various large data set in finance, medicine and biology. We were able to identify the arrival of a financial crisis using hedge fund returns data, we can identify better investment funds according to their price movements during different time periods (e.g., crisis, depression and expansion).

Our image recognition skills apply to scanned image analysis and restoration of damaged pictures.
