 2010-current: Professor of Environmental Toxicology -University of Sussex, Falmer, East Sussex. U.K.                                

1995-2007:     Lecturer /Senior Lecturer, Reader in Chemical Ecology-University of Sussex, Falmer, East Sussex.

1992-1995:     Visiting Research Associate, National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences, Research Triangle Park, North Carolina, USA

1990-1992:     Research Fellow, National Jewish Center for Immunology and Respiratory Medicine, Denver, Colorado, USA.

1986-1990:     Postdoctoral Research Assistant, Marine Science Laboratories, University College of North Wales, Bangor. Joint project with ICI Pharmaceuticals, Alderley Edge, Cheshire, UK.
