On Tuesday 13 June between 8am and 6pm, part of Refectory Road will be closed whilst cabling is installed as part of our work to prepare campus for our West Slope development.

The closure will have the following impacts:

• No vehicle access between Refectory Road (from the Norwich House Road junction) and Northfield Lane

• No vehicle access to the Health Centre or the Student Centre during the closure

• The pedestrian crossing directly outside the Student Centre will be closed, but all other pedestrian routes will be maintained.

If you require vehicle access beyond Bramber House, please leave before the closure begins at 8am.

Emergency vehicles access will be maintained at all times throughout these works.

Buses, Parking and Deliveries

Bus services towards Northfield Lane will be suspended during the closure. The nearest alternative Bus Stops are North South Road and Hastings. Normal service will resume when the road reopens.

The nearest car park during the road closure will be Jubilee car park. 

For any scheduled deliveries for Northfield Lane and the north end of Refectory Road, please instead arrange for delivery to Bramber House and arrange collection for the same day.
