Dr David Juenger has published a book chapter called ‘Im Auge des Sturms. Ambivalenzen jüdischer Migration aus Berlin und dem Reich, 1929–1938 [In the eye of the storm. David also organised an online panel entitled ‘American Diasporism: Past and Present’, with Atalia Omer, Melissa Weininger, and Julie Cooper for the 52nd Annual Conference of the Association for Jewish Studies. As part of the panel, which took place on 17 December, David presented a paper entitled: ‘Between Israel and Civil Rights. The American Jewish Congress’ struggle over diasporism and peoplehood in postwar America, 1945–1967’.
