Somatic Expressive Arts Workshop: A movement with the Body
Experience the healing power of the arts as you connect to the expression of your body with Maria Guinazu, a psychotherapist based in Brighton.
Grounded on the Tamalpa Life/Art Process that combines a variety of somatic-artistic tools (dancing/movement, drawing and writing).
This session has been designed as part of the All-Staff Wellbeing Festival. It's aim is to promote healing and growth and support the development of creative resources, artful communication and embodied presence.
Art materials will be provided.
This is a psychologically safe space and there is no need to disclose anything in this session.
