Becoming a Barrister - The University of Law - Online
This talk aims to provide students with an overview of the key stages of becoming a barrister. It gives a brief overview of the BPC course, the Inns of Court scholarships, the pupillage process and the ULaw Selection process so that students feel equipped to make their applications and understand what is required to become a barrister.
Session outcomes
In this session, students will learn about the key stages of becoming a barrister, including an introduction to the Bar Practice Course (BPC), Inns of Court scholarships, the pupillage process, and ULaw's selection process. The talk aims to equip students with the knowledge needed to successfully apply and understand the requirements for pursuing a career as a barrister.
