Get moving with Sussexsport’s free two-week programme of live classes

Sussexsport’s Stay Home With Us online fitness programme is back with a free two-week fitness schedule to get you moving this January!
Sussex students and staff can take part in our Back 2 Fitness programme, a two-week timetable of online training and classes to try.
We have classes every weekday, and we'll soon be expanding our online offer with on-demand options, workshops and even more of our popular live online classes.
Our two-week programme starts Monday 11 January with Back 2 Fitness sessions from our Sussexsport fitness team.
These 45-minute classes will run on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays over the next two weeks and are suitable for all fitness levels, so you can work at your own pace.
To give you a chance to stretch and flex after our Back 2 Fitness classes, we also have live yoga sessions with Gratia on Tuesdays.
And for even more opportunities to train and have fun, try Gemma Coe's popular Zumba, Ria's hard-hitting CardioBox, and Keiran's Dynamic Pilates too, the perfect accompaniment to our workout programme.

You must have a University of Sussex, IDS or BSMS email to take part, and you'll need to register and sign-in using the University's Zoom account.
