Last updated: Friday, 6 September 2024
We are thrilled to welcome Helen Tomlinson, Head of Talent at The Adecco Group, and the nation's first Menopause Champion on Monday 14 October from 3pm to 4pm online, as part of World Menopause Day on 18 October. Over the past year or so, Helen has made significant strides in this vital role, and she is committed to building on this momentum to create a lasting legacy that will benefit generations to come.
Helen will talk about how she is addressing the critical need for menopause support in the workplace and shares insights into her Four Point Plan, which is actively addressing this need. Helen is deeply passionate about breaking the silence, tackling the stigma, and raising awareness around menopause in professional settings.
This issue affects everyone, whether directly or through interactions with colleagues, family members, or friends. Therefore, it is crucial to provide the necessary support in the workplace to ensure no one feels isolated and everyone has access to someone they can talk to.
While discussions are becoming more common in the workplace, much work remains to be done. Now is not the time to step back.
