All-Staff Wellbeing Festival: Tai Chi QiGong
Tai Chi QiGong with Esaias
Tai Chi Qigong offers an ideal way to grasp the essence of Tai Chi through energy work, or Qi Gong, comprised of 18 postures designed to enhance the health and vitality of the body, mind, and spirit. Combining mindful movement with gentle, relaxed breathing, students become more aware of their entire bodies, recognising and releasing tension patterns to regulate energy and achieve optimal health.
This form is adapted from the Tai Chi system of Wee Kee Jin, the last living student of the renowned Grandmaster Huang Sheng Shyan. It incorporates and develops authentic Tai Chi principles for maximum efficacy. Join us to explore and experience the profound benefits of Tai Chi Qigong.
