Sussex Education Festival 2025 - Friday 2nd May, 9:30-3:45

The Sussex Education Festival 2025 promises a collaborative day of discovery and dialogue, celebrating teaching and learning practice across the University. Taking place in the Student Centre, the festival will feature lightning panels, thought-provoking discussions, and practical insights focused on the themes of inclusion and belonging at university, higher education in five years time, and embedding student citizenship, skills and employability. 

 Attendees will explore topics such as belonging in the classroom, group work, and interdisciplinary collaboration, with panels highlighting innovative teaching practices from across all faculties. Sessions range from reimagining assessment and using outdoor spaces for learning, to embedding employability in non-traditional courses and fostering intercultural reflection.
