What does your research look like day-to-day? Could you capture it in a photograph, cartoon or other creative image?

Our annual Research Image Competition, launching Monday 14 April, offers prizes of up to £200 for images that inform, engage and intrigue a non-specialist audience.

This year we’re bringing postgraduate and early career research together for the first time. The resulting exhibition will foster links between career stages, and reflect Sussex’s vibrant, interdisciplinary emerging researcher community.

Shortlisted entries will be displayed on our website and exhibited throughout the Summer of Research, 9-20 June.

The deadline for entries is 12 noon on Monday 19 May. We can’t wait to see what you submit!
