Applications are currently open for Snowdon Trust disability-related study cost grants. Disabled students who have access needs which are not met by the DSA, other statutory means or by the reasonable adjustments provided may be eligible to apply for a grant of up to £5,000.
Grants are intended to support disabled students to cover the cost of accessibility barriers which otherwise put them at a disadvantage to non-disabled peers. Eligible applicants are:
- Aged 16 or over
- Have a diagnosed disability
- Studying in the UK, at a UK registered further or higher education institution
Applications received by 28 May 2024 at 2pm BST will be reviewed by the July Selection Panel. Applications received after this date will be reviewed in the Autumn Selection Panel.
Please head over to the Snowdon Trust website for more details.
