Dr Joanne Gray, Chief Progressivist at The Progress Lab, is a Brighton & Hove based business psychologist and EMCC-accredited coach who embodies proactivity. With over 25 years of diverse professional experience, including leading global teams in the consumer products industry, she has established herself as a “pracademic,” combining academic insights with real-world expertise. By focusing on human motivation, she empowers individuals, teams, and leaders to unlock their full potential and achieve growth. She holds a Professional Doctorate in Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London, UK.
