Over 1,200 staff survey responses so far - we want to hear from you!

Thank you to everyone who has responded to the autumn staff pulse survey so far. 1,220 colleagues, around 30% of our staff community, have already shared their views: we encourage you to take 10 minutes to have your say if you haven’t yet. Your unique survey link will have been sent you via email from survey-invite@peopleinsight.co.uk.
Why is it important for all staff to take part?
Every single survey response matters. The more responses received, the more accurate the survey results are in representing views from colleagues across the University. We want to hear from as many staff members as possible to get a clear picture of working life at Sussex, as this helps senior leaders and teams take meaningful action based on your feedback. You can read about the actions already underway as a result of previous surveys, both at institutional level and locally in our Schools and Professional Services divisions, on our staff survey webpages.
All responses are confidential and you can find out more about what happens to your response data when you complete the survey.
Your response generates a £2 contribution to the Sussex Fund
The University of Sussex has pledged to make a contribution of £2 to the Sussex Fund for each response submitted. The Sussex Fund, funded by donations to the University, supports the student experience in areas of greatest need – from hardship bursaries that provide a lifeline to students in their darkest hour and scholarships for the most disadvantaged, to initiatives that improve the employability skills of our students.
Please do take a few minutes to have your say. If you have any questions about accessing the survey, contact People Insight at: support@peopleinsight.co.uk.
