Our staff survey closes on 19 October – and we want to hear from everyone

So far, 27% of staff have filled in the staff survey and shared their experience of working here at Sussex. The survey closes next Tuesday (19 October), so please take the time to share your experience of working at the University so that we can respond and bring about positive change here at Sussex. The survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.
Robin Banerjee, academic lead for the staff survey working group and Head of the School of Psychology, said: “We’re all working at pace to do the best jobs we can at the moment. You may feel you don’t have the time to share your thoughts. But I think this is exactly the right time to do it. It’s more important than ever before to hear from everyone in the University community.
“We ran a survey in the Spring which led to some very specific actions – such as the Report + Support tool. We want to hear from everybody. Tell us what we can do better and help make Sussex the University you want it to be.”
The online survey is run by a third-party provider, People Insight, who will manage responses in confidence and ensure they can’t be made attributable to an individual.
You should have received a link by email from People Insight which is unique to you. If you haven’t, please check your ‘junk email’ folder, or request a new email by contacting: admin@peopleinsight.co.uk.
We are now holding two shorter pulse surveys a year, providing us with the opportunity to find out what matters most to you and to give you the chance to say what you think could be done differently or better.
