Park Village has been demolished, next to go is Kent House 

The demolition of Kent House is set to start from Thursday 7 September as we continue to prepare campus for the construction of our new West Slope development.  

With Park Village residences now completely demolished, Kent House is the next in line for demolition. Furniture and interiors are being cleared ahead of structural demolition, which will involve the breaking apart of the building and the sorting of rubble for recycling within the main construction site.  

Demolition is expected to last around 6 weeks and will create noise and dust in the immediate area.
