Unleash the power of the pen! Studies show creative writing can, reduce stress and lower blood pressure, improve emotional regulation, boost cognitive performance and even benefit immune function. No previous artistic experience needed!
Come along to one of our 20-minute sessions.
The rules?
1) Write continuously, no stopping
2) Let thoughts flow freely, no overthinking
3) Scribble about anything and everything!
All materials provided, but feel free to bring anything that will support your creative ambition and leave the stress on the page!
This event has been arrange as part of Sussex's All-Staff Wellbeing Festival which will be a celebration designed to harmonise mental, physical and financial wellbeing.
