I had to change from a PhD in geophysics to a Masters in Data Science to find a job…  

I have worked for the energy industry in the Research and Software department for almost 20 years. I was laid off in Houston in May 2017 and I had to change tracks to find a job. Therefore, I selected University of Sussex to do a Masters in Data Science.

At 52, it was a bit difficult for me with all the millennial, but finally I got a Merit and completed my Masters degree.
