Example of Topic Collections Material
The image below is an example from the Topic Collection on Housing (TC1 Box 1 File C).
It is taken from a personal account by a Mass Observation employee living in lodgings in 1939. The 13 page typed document describes the flat in which he lodges, and includes a layout plan of the flat. This particular page describes his room within the house.
