Advance Notice: Temporary Relocation of the IT Service Desk Friday 12 June
Please be aware that the IT Service Desk will temporarily relocate due to essential mains power works in Shawcross. Date: Friday 12 June Time: 9:00am – 5:00pm Location during relocation: Library (near the Library Service Desk) During this time, we will continue to provide the following services: * Phone support * Incident and service request support * Drop-in counter service Please note that laptop drop-off and collection services will not be available during this period. From Monday 15 June onwards, we will return to Shawcross, where equipment drop-off and collection services will resume. Thank you for your understanding.
