We are aware that some users are currently experiencing an issue when sending emails from mailboxes they are a delegate of. Users may receive the following error message when attempting to send: "This message could not be sent
Scheduled Evening Service Interruption: Printing Services Unavailable from 01 June to 04 June 2026
Physical printing services will be unavailable between 6:00 PM and 11:00 PM, from Monday, 01 June through to Thursday, 04 June, due to planned ITS maintenance. This maintenance will not affect cloud printing, scanning, or other ITS services. If you need to use cloud printing, please ensure that all jobs are completed during the daytime and prior to the start of each maintenance window. Maintenance Schedule: * Monday, 01 June: 18:00 – 23:00 (3033359) * Tuesday, 02 June: 18:00 – 23:00 (3033360) * Wednesday, 03 June: 18:00 – 23:00 (3033361) * Thursday, 04 June: 18:00 – 23:00 (3033363) Why are we doing this work?
