Canvas issue - RESOLVED
Instructure report that Canvas is now available again in Europe, which means the service has been restored for for Sussex. latest from Instructure: Canvas and our other impacted services are now accessible from our EU servers once again
IT Service Desk Closed for In-Person Support (15 July 2026)
Due to staff sickness, the IT Service Desk is under resourced this afternoon and as such, has closed for in-person support. The team will still be taking calls and working through tickets during this time, at a reduced capacity
Database changes to some MAH Departments
The planned database updates for the Faculty of Media, Arts and Humanities (MAH) were completed today. The project team will be carrying out validation and assessment activities tomorrow morning
