Advance notice - Temporary relocation of the IT Service Desk
From Wednesday 3 December to Friday 5 December, the IT Service Desk will be temporarily relocating to the Library while essential mains power works take place in Shawcross. During this period, we will be based near the Library Service Desk and will be available from 9am–5pm each day, offering: * Phone support * Incident and service request support * Drop-in counter service Please note that laptop drop-off and collection services will not be available on these three days
