Advance warning - Software Hub (AppsAnywhere) temporarily unavailable – Monday 1 June 14:00 - 15:00 

Software Hub (AppsAnywhere) will be unavailable for up to 60 minutes on the Monday 1 June between 14:00 and 15:00 This work is to allow the service to be upgraded and patched. IT Services change number: 3032949  

The IT self service portal is temporarily unavailable 

Our Supplier has advised that essential security updates are required on the Self Service Portal. As a result, the portal will be temporarily unavailable. During this period, please report any incidents or issues by emailing: itservicedesk@sussex.ac.uk Please note that staff who need to be able to create service requests must contact ITS using the email address above.
