Temporary change to IT Service Desk opening hours
From 20-30 October, the IT Service Desk in Shawcross will only be open between 10am and 3pm due to staff shortages. We\re still here to help: - Phone support remains available on: 01273 678090 (Ext 8090) - Support tickets can still be raised by emailing: itservicedesk@sussex.ac.uk - Staff can use the IT Support Portal - Pre-booked appointments will go ahead as scheduled (including VLS equipment returns) Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Firewall Maintenance
Due to Essential Maintenance on the 20/10/2026 we will be restarting our firewall Appliances. This should result in a single 2min outage which will run between the hours 07:00 and 09:00. These outages are for essential maintenance tasks to take place
