This year's National Student Survey (NSS) launched on Monday 29 January. The NSS provides our final year School of Engineering and Informatics students a chance to tell the world about their time studying at the University of Sussex. As a thank you the School is offering all engineering and informatics final year students who complete the survey a £10 voucher and a chance for a jackpot prize of a £500 Amazon UK voucher and two runner up prizes of £150 Amazon UK vouchers.

Reasons to take part

The NSS gives students a voice in shaping the educational experience for future generations and provides valuable data for prospective students to make decisions about where they would like to study. Tell the world about your time at Sussex and take part in the NSS before the 30 April deadline.

Participating students will have the chance to win prizes from the University and from the School of Engineering and Informatics.

The University is offering students who complete the online survey a chance to win one of 10 graduation packages worth £150. Each £150 prize will cover cost of guest tickets, gown hire, and a photo package. 

As a thank you for taking part in the NSS, students who show proof of completion (email confirmation) can collect a free t-shirt on campus. Look out for NSS Helpers at the Student Centre and the Library on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays between 11am and 2pm.

For every Sussex student that participates in the NSS, the University will donate £1. The total donation will be split between charities chosen by students.

School of Engineering and Informatics exclusive prizes

In addition to University prizes, all eligible Engineering and Informatics students will get a £10 Amazon UK voucher for taking part in the NSS. Simply email enginf-studentexperience@sussex.ac.uk once you have completed the survey to claim your voucher. One of the Student Experience Team members will get back to you.

Your email will automatically enter you into a prize draw where you will have a chance to win a £500 Amazon UK voucher and two runner up prizes of £150 Amazon UK vouchers*!

*Please note, Amazon UK vouchers can only be used on Amazon UK purchases. The School of Engineering and Informatics prize draw is exclusive to undergraduate final year students from that school. All entries will be checked for eligibility before £10 vouchers are awarded. Prizes will be directly shared with students’ Sussex email addresses from the School of Engineering and Informatics Student Experience email: enginf-studentexperience@sussex.ac.uk
