Tai Chi Qigong offers an ideal way to grasp the essence of Tai Chi through energy work, or Qi Gong, comprised of 18 postures designed to enhance the health and vitality of the body, mind, and spirit. Combining mindful movement with gentle, relaxed breathing, students become more aware of their entire bodies, recognising and releasing tension patterns to regulate energy and achieve optimal health.
