Campus works impacting roads, access and transport

Changes to bus services
A number of changes to Brighton & Hove Buses services will take place from Friday 18 April, affecting buses to the University. This includes increased 25 and N25 services, and the reintroduction of a termtime timetable for the 23 route.

Ongoing engineering works on train lines
There are engineering works taking place nearby on main train lines, as follows. Please be aware of these disruptions if travelling via train to campus or elsewhere:
- Disruption between Havant and Southampton Central, from Saturday 12 to Sunday 20 April

Refectory Road partial closure
The top end of Refectory Road (between the Health Centre and the end of the road) is closed until Wednesday 23 April at the latest, to undertake essential underground duct repairs.
Access to the north of campus remains available via East Slope Road. Vehicle access is still available to the Health Centre and Student Centre, however there is no through access towards Lewes Court and Northfield, with drivers instead redirected back down Refectory Road to exit.
Car parks, roads, and closures
There is an Amex Stadium football match (Albion v Liverpool, Women's Super League) on Saturday 19 April, kickoff at 12.30pm. Please be aware that campus and nearby roads and parking will be busy during this event.
Approximately 14 spaces are closed in P1 Science car park nearby the Genome building until Friday 25 April, to undertake new bollard installations in the area. Please use alternative car parking nearby.
