Got an appetite for food research?
The Sussex Sustainability Research Programme and the Centre for Global Health Research, two Centres of Excellence at the University of Sussex, have cooked up a two-hour workshop showcasing research about food from a variety of angles, disciplines and departments.
The workshop, which is part of the University's busy Summer of Research programme, takes place on Thursday 12 June from 12pm to 2pm at Gallery Room 1, Bramber House.
You are warmly invited! Please register here.
The event has been supported by PGR Viola King-Forbes, who is developing a Sussex Food Research Network. If you are interested in joining this network, please complete this form.
We'll hear quickfire presentations from PGRs and academics introducing their food research across three panels corresponding to the following themes:
- Environmental sustainability
- Human flourishing
- Digital and data futures
Refreshments will be provided. We look forward to seeing you there!
