With the Spring break approaching, it is worth reminding yourself about Togetherall, which as a student, you have free, 24/7, immediate access to. It is a safe space for you to air your concerns, get things off your chest and to connect with others that may be feeling just the way you do.
Togetherall’s online community is an anonymous place (all interactions are made by a unique username) and also clinically moderated by mental health professionals, who are online at all times. Togetherall provide a wellbeing hub where resources are FREE for you to use, around your own lifestyle that help enhance your wellbeing by sharing techniques and strategies to help tackle your struggles.
