Managing Emotions Group

Participants will learn practical skills and techniques relating to emotional regulation, utilising the senses, distraction, and acceptance techniques to help tolerate and manage emotional intensity. You will be encouraged to understand, sit with, and accept emotions and encouraged to practice therapeutic techniques between sessions. You will have the opportunity to create a wellness box or bag throughout the duration of the group. There will be space to reflect on, practice and discuss skills with others who may have similar experiences.
There will be a maximum of 10 people in the group at one time. Spaces will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
