Expanded standard or bespoke catering packages

At Sussex Hospitality, we continuously evolve our offerings based on your feedback.

In response to popular demand, we’re delighted to announce the expansion of our sandwich platters to include halal options, ensuring more inclusive choices for our campus community and guests.

When booking catering for an event, we recommend choosing one of our hospitality packages. These all-in-one solutions provide a harmonious service so your guests can relax and enjoy their meal.

• Bronze Package: a simple yet satisfying selection, including arrival tea/coffee and biscuits, a vegetarian sandwich & crisp lunch, and afternoon tea/coffee with biscuits.
  
  
• Silver Package: a step-up with arrival tea/coffee and pastries, a vegetarian sandwich & crisp lunch with tea/coffee, plus a slice of cake for an added sweet touch.
  
  
• Gold Package: our premium option, featuring arrival tea/coffee and pastries, a deluxe graze box of your choice for lunch, with apple or orange juice, and afternoon tea/coffee with cake.

We know that every event is unique and that’s why our hospitality menu is extensive with carefully selected items.

If our standard packages don’t meet your specific needs or budget, we’d be more than happy to work with you to create a custom package that meets your needs.

Introducing authentic Japanese flavours

We’re also excited to introduce new additions to our food brochure! Sussex Hospitality now offers Tanpopo Sushi Platters. These are made with high-quality ingredients and showcase authentic Japanese flavours.

We’ve also brought in Malo Empanadas, sourced from a local Brighton-based business. These empanadas include vegan and sweet options, to bring more variety to our offerings.
