By popular demand, Sussex Uni Food brings student-inspired dishes to life for the second year running, through a student recipe takeover.

Work with chefs to prepare a meal

Propose a traditional dish from your home country that you’d like to share with the world today and be in for a chance to team up with our chefs to bring a unique meal from your culture to life.

Sounds like you? Submit your entry online today! Last year’s winning recipes were Nigerian Jollof Rice, Croatian Ćevapi and Brazilian Feijoada.

Winner takes it all

Three winning recipes will be served on campus this term, and the lucky students will win a free generous meal for them and their friends.

Deadline for submissions is Friday 31 January or until enough entries are received.
