Support resources for staff who have applied for the Voluntary Leavers Scheme

The Organisational Development team has created support and tools for staff who have applied for the Voluntary Leavers Scheme to help them navigate their future choices. A selection of tools and resources have been combined into a LinkedIn Learning Pathway which to caters to different learning styles and preferences. Don't feel you have to complete everything - just select what feels most relevant or useful to you.
Included in the LinkedIn Learning Pathway:
- Where am I now? Tools to support you to reflect on your current work context to gain insights that will support you in what you decide to do next.
- Where do I want to get to? Suggestions on where you can find out more information about roles you are interested in, and the skills required to undertake them.
- How will I get there? Tools and suggestions on what steps you could take to help you get there and how you can build your resilience through change.
- Where can I learn and develop? Suggested websites where you can find free or low-cost courses to give your skills a boost.
- How can I support my wellbeing? In times of change it’s especially important to look after your wellbeing. We share some resources to support you.
