Stress Control Group- Four Week Online Course
We are excited to invite you to a free, four-week online course for students experiencing stress.
This group is based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Within each session, we will be looking at looking at Stress, what it is, what things fuel stress, the links with anxiety, low mood, panic & sleep. Each week teaches new skills and strategies to recognise and manage stress.
Each session will be around 90 minutes with breaks in between!
You must attend all sessions with the first session taking place on Tuesday, 28th January (2-4pm). The following sessions will take place on:
Second session: Tuesday 4th February at 2pm
Third session: Tuesday 11th February at 2pm
Fourth session: Tuesday 18th February at 2pm
