Travelling during heavy snow and ice
Please ensure you check your journey before travelling during or after heavy snowfall and general cold weather. Keep an eye out for communications released by the University, and check the resources below for disruptions:

Hop on the bus for just £1!
Brighton & Hove Buses are introducing a £1 'short hop' fare for the festive season, available until 31 January 2025. This new fare is intended to make it cheaper and easier to take a short trip to local shops and services over the Christmas break.

Car parks, roads, and closures
Refectory Road will be closed overnight (6pm to 6am) from Thursday 9 to Thursday 16 January, from Bramber House onwards, to install new network cables as part of the Network Replacement Programme (NRP). Diversions will be signposted via East Slope Road.
