Research suggests that surrounding yourself with bright, uplifting colours can reduce stress, improve mood, and boost overall wellbeing. With that in mind, here are some quick tips to bring a splash of Brighton's vibrant colours into your life, especially during the assessment period.
- Add colour to your space: Brighten up your study area with colourful stationery, posters, or plants. A vibrant environment can enhance your mood and productivity.
- Incorporate colour into your routine: Start your day with a colourful breakfast, wear bright clothes, or listen to uplifting music.
- Create something colourful: Don’t neglect your hobbies during the assessment period. Picking up your paints or your embroidery can be a great way to destress at the end of a day of studying.
Or just get out and about and let the colours of Brighton inspire you to find joy and motivation!
