Following our staff survey this autumn, the Vice-Chancellor shared a results overview with all staff on 18 November. You can also take a look at an infographic with key results in brief.

The full survey results reports are now available to view on the staff survey webpages (your usual network login is required). Reports include:

• Overall University results and scorecard
• Academic, Professional Services and technical staff results
• Faculty, School and Professional Services Division results
• Equalities data

Full local results have also been made available to nominated dashboard users in every Faculty, School and Division for cascade and discussion within teams.

What’s next?

• Faculties, Schools and Divisions are reviewing their results, sharing with their staff and identifying priority areas over the coming weeks.
•  Updated action plans for the University, and Faculties, Schools and Divisions, will be published in spring 2025.  
• We will update colleagues in the new year with more information about action planning and ongoing listening.
