Support available to students over the winter break

The Student Wellbeing team have compiled a list of activities for students who are remaining local over the winter break. We would be grateful if you could keep these in mind if you have any students who you know might benefit from this.
Togetherall
Togetherall is a 24/7 digital platform offering anonymous peer support for mental health. It provides a safe, moderated space for users to share experiences, connect with others, and access self-help tools. It fosters resilience and wellbeing through community support and guided resources for personal growth.

Winter break schedule
5-22 December
Brighton Winter Fayre: The all-new Brighton Winter Fayre at St Peter’s Square. Spanning over three festive weekends, this magical event offers something for everyone.
6 December | 2-5pm
ResLife’s Annual Inter-halls Basketball Tournament: Register at http://mysussex.sussex.ac.uk/events in advance or on the day and represent one of the accommodation areas in our annual inter halls basketball tournament at the Sports Centre.
7-23 December
Brighton Lights: Explore a light trail beyond the walled garden, through Stanmer’s famous orchard, and walk through the beautifully illuminated Palm House.
