Paul Dolan, Professor of Behavioural Science at the London School of Economics and author of two bestselling books on happiness to our inaugural Wellbeing Festival.
In this inspirational session, Paul will reveal how wellbeing isn't about how we think; it's about what we do. By making deliberate choices that bring us both pleasure and meaning, we can redesign our lives for maximum happiness - without thinking too hard about it.
This event has been arranged as part of Sussex’s All-Staff Wellbeing Festival which will be a celebration designed to harmonise mental, physical, and financial wellbeing.
