Dear Colleague,

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who has signed up to work at Summer Graduation taking place on Monday 22 July until Friday 26 July 2024 at the Brighton Centre, King’s Road, Brighton.

We’ve had a great response; however, we are still short of volunteers in several important roles. Those who have worked at graduation before will know that the contribution made by Professional Services staff is vital in making the celebration a success. If you’ve not signed up to help or know someone who would like to volunteer, we would be grateful for your support and would love to see you at the Brighton Centre.

We need more than 100 staff members each day during the graduation period, and we want to express our sincere gratitude for your invaluable support. If your regular working hours are part-time, please consider signing up, and we will ensure to assign duties to accommodate your availability.

As a token of appreciation, a delicious hot lunch along with refreshments and snacks will be provided during your scheduled breaks. For further information, including details on available duties, please visit our webpages.
