Have you ever thought about what Sussex will look like in ten years’ time? Or wondered what the University is going to focus on over what promises to be one of the defining decades in human history?
Well, Vice-Chancellor Sasha Roseneil has started to lay out a new vision for the future of Sussex in our new draft strategy: ‘Sussex 2035 – Creating Progressive Futures.’
The new strategy is currently at the final draft for consultation phase, so this is the last opportunity for students to have their say and help shape the future of Sussex.
Now is your chance to tell us what you think of new ideas like the ‘Sussex School for Progressive Futures’, and whether you agree that the three chosen areas of strategic focus (Environmental Sustainability, Human Flourishing, and Digital and Data Futures) are the right things to be focusing on over the next decade.
Your feedback on these ideas and others will be vital in helping to create the final version of the strategy which will be launched later this year.
You can read the full strategy here and then take a short survey here.
