SPRU lecturer, Dr Xiangming Tao

We are delighted to announce that Dr Xiangming (Tommy) Tao, lecturer at the Science Policy Research Unit (SPRU) at the University of Sussex Business School, has won Best Reviewer in the Academy of Management 2023 Annual Programme, within the Entrepreneurship Division.

The Entrepreneurship Division is one of the largest within the Academy and typically receives more than 1,000 papers, symposia, and Professional Development Workshops (PDW) submissions for Programme consideration.

Dr Tao who specializes in Innovation and Project Management at SPRU, was selected along with 26 other esteemed scholars for this prestigious award.

At the Annual Meeting, he delivered a working paper titled "Replication-based Innovation View of the Internationalisation Process" and served to represent the Technology Innovation Management (TIM) Division at the Networking Hubs.

Currently, Dr. Tao serves as a Member of the British Academy Management Peer Review College and actively contributes as a reviewer for various esteemed journals, including Journal of Business Venturing, British Journal of Management, and Technovation, among others.

Winner of the award, Dr Xiangming Tao said :
