Our next online Research with Impact forum will focus on our business incubator, Sussex Innovation.
Taking place from 2.30-4pm on Wednesday 8 November, this will be a great opportunity for Sussex academics and students to learn more about the Sussex Innovation community and how their experts work as one with our own Innovation and Business Partnerships and Careers and Entrepreneurship teams.
Find out about training programmes, support services and access to networks available to academics and students interested in exploring, developing and scaling commercialisation opportunities from their research and studies.
You'll be able to hear from Sussex Innovation CEO, Nigel Lambe, plus key members of the Sussex Innovation team that will provide insight into their strategy, focus, expertise, partner network and programmes available. Join us to learn more about:
- University relationship and cluster focus update
- Pathways available to access Sussex Innovation support – our relationship to the Innovation and Business Partnerships and Careers and Entrepreneurship teams
- The University Work Programme – a structure to align activity and support
- Training and skills development opportunities for academics and students
- Stories and examples of how we help in practice
- Expertise and support available – programmes and specific products
