As we enter Achievement and Development Review (ADR) season and discussions about your development get underway, it’s a great time to consider the range of free online qualifications available from East Sussex College which can help to develop and enhance your skills.

The courses are fully funded for adults aged 19 or over and eligible to study in the UK.  Many are particularly suitable for University staff such as Equality and Diversity; Principles of Business Administration; Information Advice and Guidance; Understanding Data Protection and Data Security; Lean Organisation Management Techniques, and Understanding Safeguarding and Prevent.

The courses are fully accredited level two qualifications (which look great on a CV!) and you will receive a certificate upon completion. You can study at a time that fits around you, and you will have a dedicated and experienced assessor on hand to help you with any questions you might have.
