Professional Services staff still needed to help at summer graduation

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who has signed up to work at summer graduation taking place on Monday 17 July until Friday 21 July 2023 at the Brighton Centre, King’s Road, Brighton.
We’ve had a great response; however, we are still short of volunteers in several important roles. Those who have worked at graduation before will know that the contribution made by Professional Services staff is vital in making the celebration a success. If you’ve not signed up to help or know someone who would like to volunteer, we would be grateful for your support and love to see you at the Brighton Centre.

Highlights from summer Graduation 2022
Over 100 members of staff are needed to work each day and we cannot emphasise enough how much we value and appreciate your help. If your normal working hours are part-time, please sign up and we will find a duty to accommodate your availability.
A delicious hot lunch will be provided as well as refreshments and snacks during your regular breaks. For more details, including descriptions of the duties available, check out our webpages.
Your safety at graduation is of utmost importance. Although Government restrictions on social distancing and capacities have been lifted, we still have a number of safety measures in place for graduation.
If you have any queries in the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact us by emailing graduation@sussex.ac.uk or phoning Sara Tooth on 7015.
Many thanks in advance for your support and we look forward to seeing you at the Brighton Centre.
Best wishes
