The 13th Awards took place at The Grand Central Hotel, on 17 March, 2022. This annual ceremony recognises the passion and talent of the Gatwick Diamond business community. The event showcases the accomplishments of individual businesses across a variety of categories. Alongside the Business School as New Business award category sponsor, headline sponsors of the event included Elekta, Extech Cloud, NatWest, First Central Insurance& Technology Group and Thakeham Group. 

Flexibility Matters is a recruitment consultancy dedicated to flexible working. Based in Brighton, they work with businesses up and down the M23, from Brighton, through mid- Sussex, Haywards Heath and Crawley, into South London. They help Sussex based businesses recruit flexible workers.  

On presenting the Award, Business School External Engagement Manager, Marcus Atkinson said: "Flexibility Matters has made significant strides and growth this year building a service for modern flexible businesses to recruit and retain an adaptable and flexible workforce that meets the challenges of a changing job market and working practices. We were delighted to present the team with this Award."
