Apprenticeship programme
Organisational Development are pleased to be partnering with training provider KnowledgeBrief to give staff the opportunity to study towards nationally recognised leadership and management qualifications as part of the apprenticeship programme.
Staff members can choose between the Level 3 CMI accredited Team Leader/Supervisor, the Level 5 CMI accredited Operations/Departmental Manager and Level 7 CMI Senior Leader apprenticeships.
Briefing sessions with the training provider are taking place on:
- Level 3 & 5 - Tuesday 27 July at 1.00 pm and Wednesday 11 August at 1.00 pm
- Level 7 - Thursday 29 July at 1.00 pm and Thursday 5 August at 1.00 pm

Appraisals
As appraisals are due to be completed by 30 September for Professional Services staff and 20 October for academic staff, the Organisational Development team have scheduled some courses and workshops in September that you can now book on Eventbrite.

Let’s have a mental health conversation (managers only):
10.00 am to 11.30 am on 14 September
This workshop aims to give managers a better understanding of the importance of having mental health conversations and how you can support your staff during difficult times. You will be introduced to a practical tool that will help you initiate mental health conversations in a supportive way.
