Sussex students from the BA in Filmmaking and the BA in Media Practice were unable to stage their usual degree showcase this year. However, an online showcase has been created that will feature a selection of work from both courses.
Filmmaking and Media Practice students and staff will congregate online via Zoom on Friday 3 July to launch the showcase, celebrate and congratulate all students and provide an opportunity to meet classmates and tutors in breakout rooms.
Professor Joanna Callaghan, Convenor of BA Filmmaking, said: “This showcase is a celebration of the creativity and originality shown by our students in the face of extraordinary circumstances. It’s an exciting mix of video and sound, animation, documentaries, interactive digital media, short films, podcasts, radio drama and photography."
