The University of Sussex has been ranked once again as one of the world’s top 150 universities.

The University has risen 15 places to 146^th in the Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2020. The University is 19^th out of the UK institutions ranked.

The rise means that Sussex has continuously been ranked in the world’s top 200 for the past decade and has spent nine of those years in the top 150.

This year has seen more universities ranked than ever before – 1,396 institutions across the globe – which makes Sussex’s rise all the more impressive.

The University’s scores increased across the board, going up for teaching, research, how often our research was cited by others, industry income and international outlook.
