SCSR End of Year Research Jamboree
This end of year academic event is intended as an opportunity for informal internal discussion around some of the key themes being pursued in SCSR research. A short Annual General Meeting will be followed by four thematic sessions - on themes of the critique of security; inequality and conflict; legitimation; and gendered insecurities. Each of these thematic sessions will involve a couple of short (5-8 minute) presentations followed by discussion. Presenters have been asked to speak to the following questions:
- what have I worked on / what do I argue / what have I found on this theme?
- what intellectual work needs to be done?; and
- what, if anything, are the opportunities for collaboration?
