The University of Sussex is pleased to announce an improvement in most of the Whatuni Student Choice Awards rankings. This year’s results marked the first time the University has engaged with the awards, and the response from students was overwhelmingly positive, with over 600 new responses submitted by Sussex students over a three-week period in December 2022.
Following the 2023 awards, Marcus Williams, Director of Student Recruitment, Admissions and International Development explained:
“Whatuni Student Choice Awards are an important platform for our students to share their opinions and feedback on their university experience. This includes everything from services and campus facilities to teaching preferences and more. We value this feedback immensely, as it provides valuable insights into the student voice and needs. We use this feedback to drive continuous improvements and ensure that our offerings meet the needs and expectations of our students.”
The Whatuni Student Choice Awards are just one of the ways the University is learning from your insights. We’re grateful to all of you who have shared your opinions and feedback through other surveys such as the National Student Survey (NSS), Mid Module Evaluations, PTES, and PRES. If you haven’t done so already, you can add your review on Whatuni at any time.
