The University has agreed with Council (its governing body) a new range of on-campus accommodation rents for 2021-22, published below.
The new rents will be outlined on the University’s online housing pages from September, so as not to confuse incoming students applying for accommodation during the summer months.
As in previous years, the University has focused on providing quality and affordable accommodation on campus at a range of price points and has retained lower cost rents as construction continues of the new East Slope residences.
Robert Hutton, Director of Estates and Facilities Management said: “Our student accommodation enables students to access safe and good value accommodation with many having en-suite facilities.
“We’re pleased to continue offering a range of good value accommodation for our students that also includes utility payments, insurances, broadband services and a range of additional support such as receptions, residential advisors and more.”
Students can find help with their housing needs remotely through the Housing Services team on campus.
