Staff managers can attend a number of online workshops in July, being run by the Organisational Development team.

These workshops are aimed at staff who have direct reports and cover a wide range of topics.

Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, many staff are now working from home and these are aimed to support managers in their role.

Moira Blake, Head of Organisational Development said: “We have thought about what mangers need at this time and believe these workshops will provide the necessary support.”

• Appraising your staff (for Professional Services appraisers) - Wednesday 8 July, 11:00-12:30 and Tuesday 14 July, 10:00-11:30
• Giving Feedback - Wednesday 15 July, 10:00-11:30
• The Manager as a Coach - Thursday 16 July, 14:30-16:00
